A wonderful observation, Speedway. What batter way to celebrate your second childhood than to hitch up your wagon and roll?
The woman's cart is home-made, I think, because the seat looks like those in bass fishing boats. That's the first Hum-A-Round I've seen with a hitch on the back, too.
Humans are ever resourceful, Speedway. Kids and elderly people are the masters of rule-breaking.
