Icy Leaf? Leafy Icicle? Whatever ...

I saw this bit of frozen light near the grocery 

where I'd gone to buy some milk and cat food.

The little display was near to the ground,

where the snow melt from the roof's eaves 

dripped onto the grasses and bushes below.
