During the past week, there was a break
in the frigid temperatures.
A lot of people took the relatively
warmer weather as an opportunity to enjoy
the downtown sites. Visitors and
workers in the downtown area
often stop for lunch in the Artsgarden,
a glass-enclosed pavilion situated above
the intersection at Washington
and Illinois Streets.
