On Sunday, the sun was warm, flowers were blooming
and the buds on the trees were beginning to open.
This morning, budding branches framed the moon
as the morning sun reflected off its surface.
The Spring Equinox will be a week from today, March 20,
and it seems that living creatures all around
are planning a rousing welcome to the season.
