I just liked the contrast of the feathery grass
against the rough stucco wall.
And the warmer than normal temperatures
may have confused the rose bushes
outside the post office because a few
tiny red leafs seem to have sprouted
on some stems. I noticed them because
they really stood out against
the black mulch.
