Sunset in Speedway

As I entered the grocery this evening to pick up a bit of salmon,
I stopped to take a picture of the still-glorious, fading sunset.
I liked the busy shoppers heading to their cars,
the glowing white orbs of light over the parking area -
a mundane scene fronting a beautiful backdrop.

A salmon-coloured sunset! Did the sky in any way influence your purchasing decision, Speedway?

G'morning, Dive! No, I'd made that decision earlier in the day. The sunset was glorious and just had to catch a piece of it, even if it had faded quite a bit.

As I type this, it is in the mid-60s. Yesterday reached 70 degrees. Though cloudy, I went out for a walk at noon w/o my coat. It's weird, but I like it.

Wonderful, it looks like a wintery scene, we almost sense snow and ice, even though we almost broke high temp. records.
Who said the "camera never lies"?
