TLC Needed

While walking along Massachusetts Avenue, one can see a lot of buildings, carefully and lovingly restored and repurposed. Unfortunately, this building has yet to find someone sufficiently inspired with both money and vision to give it a new life.

It is an old church which has stained glass windows
as well as a lot of decorative details to give it interest.

The structure looks pretty sound apart form a little rot in the decorative timber. I hope someone gets the inspiration and cash together and makes something magnificent of it.

The building itself, a red brick and limestone church did appear fairly stable to my naked, untrained eye. It's the wood bits that were rotten. The stained glass in some sections of windows was broken.

It's the sort of area where the building could make a nice studio/shop or restaurant.
