Who on earth would park eight feet up a wall?
G'morning Gunn adn Dive. The sign has been there for years, well out of sight lines for most people. Maybe it's meant for the semi truck drivers Lorries, Dive?) in their huge cabs. Dunno

Thank you, Julie. I can't think that that wall has ever been tagged in the 15 or so years it's been a part of that building. I figure the kids in the area can't afford the paint or it's well patrolled. More likely the latter.
